• RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.
RETURN OF MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ONLINE
For a full refund, please send your merchandise back to us using the Return Label provided with your purchase.
IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION
o We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method if returned to us.
o You can use the Return Label that was provided with your purchase, there is a 10 € charge to use this service that will be deducted from your refund.
o If you choose to use your own carrier you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
EXCHANGE OF MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ONLINE
If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you ordered, you may return them to us for a refund, or exchange them for other merchandise. We offer two methods for returning and exchanging items purchased online:

Please return with the original invoice to:

1. Merchandise needs to be in resalable condition
2. Include the original invoice
3. Use the return label included in your package; 10.00 € will be charged to the account used to place the order, OR use your own carrier and pay the fees separately.
4. If an exchange, list the new items you are exchanging for on your invoice – include item name, size and color for each
5. If an exchange, any price difference from the original order will either be credited to or debited from the original payment method used to place the order.
QUALITY OF YOUR MERCHANDISE
If you believe that your merchandise is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to its description on our website, email us at email@example.com.
• RETURN / EXCHANGE TIME FRAME
Upon receipt of your return, allow up to 10 working days for the credit to appear on your payment card statement.
